Morning everyone ?. This weekend, a bit of a gap on the table as we play Weirs, who are now 7th. Looking back on the last game against Weirs, we a.most lost the game in the batting, though defended our poor score brilliantly in the field. So a positive attitude towards them this weekend should prevent us from letting them add so much pressure either when batting or fielding. I’ll put some details about the team as a whole down below.

This team have no overseas amateurs or professionals.

Batting wise:
Their top run scorer. S Zia has 416 runs in the bank (15 behind Rushdi),he scored 91* against GHK and 79 against Renfrew. He has an average of 46 runs.
Their second top scorer, R Butt, is quite far down the order with only 130 runs all season. He scored 71 against Renfrew and his estimated average is 11 runs.

This shows Weirs are not a particular,y strong side. Their weakest point looks to be in the field and their strongest point I would say is batting. They managed to challenge us last game after we let them take control of the game. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again this week and we can bring back yet another victory for Stenny.
